No matter who you are, where you're from, or what your body type is, Jiu-Jitsu can be the best thing to happen to you. We offer a variety of classes so that anyone can train at our gym. We've designed our classes with you in mind: whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, we have a class plan to help you reach your goals. Our coaches are here to teach you the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu so that you can become confident, capable and strong.

Jiu Jitsu for

Beginners

We aim to make it easy for you to get started with jiu jitsu so that you can get the most out of every class. Our beginner classes are designed to get you started on the right foot and ensure you have a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced skills.

Intermediate

Jiu Jitsu

Our intermediate program is ideal for those who are ready to make the transition from beginner to advanced. In this module, you’ll learn new techniques and perfect your movements to keep progressing in your practice.

Advanced

Jiu Jitsu

Taught by some of the best coaches in the world, in this class, we’ll get into multiple combinations of moves and positions, so you can learn how to apply the most advanced techniques in Jiu Jitsu.

And when it comes to the competition? We’ve got your back there too! Our exclusive competition module trains you to compete at the highest level, with modules for blue to black belts.

It’s great for fitness and self-defence, whether you want to come into work on strength, endurance, or your core. You will be able to learn practical techniques and drills designed for self-defence in a fun, fast-paced class environment with no kimono required.
